$8 Per Notarial Act (Notarized Signature)

Each signature notarized is a notarial act. Each page that you need to notarize is also a notarial act per Florida Statute 117.05

$150 County Jail Notarizations

This includes the $8 for the signature.  The rest of the fee is for traveling, wait time, unforeseen circumstances, phone calls, overnight shipping of documents, etc.  Weekend notarizations cost $250 due to wait time.

$25 Mobile Notary Travel Fee

$1 per mile over 15 miles. Additional $15 “after” hour service charge from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Emergency Notarization

A $15 charge for notarization without a scheduled appointment is $15.00. Note: This fee does not include travel fees or the signature of the notarial act.

$5 Veterans/Senior (55+) Notarial Fee

Each signature notarized is a notarial act. Additional notarial act is $2 each.

$35 Notarization for Veterans and Seniors

The Veteran/Senior (55+) Fee includes travel fees up to 20 miles and up to 2 Notarial Acts. Additional notarial act is $2 each.

Witness Fee (per witness) $20

We can serve as a witness If the document(s) being notarized require one. A witness is an additional person who is not a party to the transaction and is present to witness the signing of the specific document.

Remote Online Notarization

$25 per document notarized + $5 for platform & labor fee
